  5. Crankshaft pulley

WARNING

Ensure that the ignition switch is in the OFF or LOCK position before servicing the drive belt. The engine may rotate unexpectedly and cause serious injury.

1. Visually inspect the drive belt for signs of abnormal wear, cracking, cuts, glazing, or fraying. If any damage is found, the belt should be replaced or adjusted.

It is recommended that drive belt inspection and replacement be performed by a NISSAN dealer.

2. Have the drive belt inspected regularly as part of scheduled maintenance to ensure proper operation of engine accessories.
