CHECK REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER SWITCH
1. Check rear window defogger switch.
  
  Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 2.
NO >>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER RELAY
1. Check rear window defogger relay.
  
  Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 3.
NO>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Check rear window defogger power supply and ground circuit.
  
  Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO >>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

CHECK REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Check rear window defogger power supply and ground circuit.
  
  Refer to Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO >>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK DOOR MIRROR DEFOGGER FUSE

Check if the following fuse in fuse block (J/B) is blown:

Location	Fuse No.	Capacity
Fuse block (J/B)	51	10 A

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit.

CHECK DOOR MIRROR DEFOGGER POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Check door mirror defogger power supply and ground circuit.
  
  Refer to Component Function Check (door mirror LH) or Component Function Check (door mirror RH).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 3.
NO>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK BOTH DOOR MIRROR DEFOGGER
1. 1. Check door mirror LH. Refer to Component Function Check.
  2. Check door mirror RH. Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
