Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

Remove trunk lid trim. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Remove trunk lid opener assembly bolts.

Disconnect harness connector and then remove trunk lid opener assembly.

Disconnect emergency lever assembly from trunk lid opener assembly and remove trunk lid opener.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

After installation, check trunk lid open/close, lock/unlock operation.

Remove trunk lid finisher. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Disconnect the emergency lever assembly from trunk lid opener assembly and remove.

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
