				Signal	—
				Threshold	Diagnosis is permitted when all of the following conditions are satisfied: a) Transmission gear ratio: Less than "Estimated gear ratio/1.25" b) Select solenoid valve monitor current: Less than 900 mA
				Diagnosis delay time	50 seconds
			2	Diagnosis condition	When the ignition switch is ON
				Signal	—
				Threshold	Friction torque calculation value: 24.0 Nm or more
				Diagnosis delay time	5 seconds
			3	Diagnosis condition	When the ignition switch is ON
				Signal	—
				Threshold	Mechanical oil pump torque: 23.9 Nm or more
				Diagnosis delay time	5 seconds
			4	Diagnosis condition	When the ignition switch is ON
				Signal	—
				Threshold	Diagnosis is permitted when all of the following conditions are satisfied: a) Torque converter torque ratio: Less than "Estimated torque converter torque ratio/1.25" b) Select solenoid valve monitor current: Less than 900 mA
				Diagnosis delay time	50 seconds

TCM

Not changed from normal driving

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

CHECK DTC PRIORITY

When DTC "P271E-00" is displayed together with "P0793-00" or "P2808-00", diagnose first the "P0793-00" or "P2808-00".

Is "P0793-00" or "P2808-00" detected?

Perform diagnosis of "P0793-00" or "P2808-00". Refer to DTC Index.
NO >>
GO TO 2.
PREPARATION BEFORE WORK

If another "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" occurs just before, ignition switch OFF and wait for at least 10 seconds, then perform the next test.

TESTING CONDITION:

Before performing the following procedure, confirm that battery voltage is more than 10 V.

GO TO 3.

CHECK DTC DETECTION

With CONSULT

Start the engine.

Drive the Nissan Sentra vehicle and maintain the following conditions for 60 seconds or more.

Shift position	: "D" position
Nissan Sentra Vehicle speed	: 40 km/h (25 MPH) or more

CAUTION:

Be careful of the driving speed.

Stop the Nissan Sentra vehicle.
Check the DTC.

Is "P271E-00" detected?

YES >>

Go to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO >>

INSPECTION END

REPLACE TCM
