DTC DETECTION LOGIC

B107E-52	Air Bag Lock Mode (Air Bag Lock Mode)	Diagnosis condition	When ignition switch is ON.
		Signal (terminal)	—
		Threshold	Air bag diagnosis sensor unit has not been activated.
		Diagnosis delay time	1 second or more.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Incomplete of activation for air bag diagnosis sensor unit

FAIL-SAFE

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

CHECK SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
1. CONSULT
  1. Ignition switch ON.
  2. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “AIR BAG”.
  3. Check for DTC.
Is the DTC detected?
YES>>
(Current DTC) Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
YES>>
(Past DTC) GO TO 2.
NO>>
Inspection End.
ERASE SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
1. CONSULT
  
  Erase the DTC.
Can the DTC be erased?
YES>>
Inspection End.
NO>>
Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
