Component Inspection

1. CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP

   1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.

      2. Disconnect front combination lamp connector, rear combination lamp (body side) connector and door mirror connector.

      3. Check continuity between each lamp terminals.

         Front turn signal lamp

         Front combination lamp		Continuity
         Terminals
         2	1	Yes

         Rear turn signal lamp

         Rear combination lamp (body side)		Continuity
         Terminals
         1	4	Yes

         Side turn signal lamp (with Intelligent Around View® Monitor system)

         Door mirror		Continuity
         Terminals
         11	12	Yes

         Side turn signal lamp (without Intelligent Around View® Monitor system)

         Door mirror		Continuity
         Terminals
         1	5	Yes

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   GO TO 2.

   NO >>

   Front turn signal lamp: Replace corresponding front combination lamp bulb. Refer to Bulb Replacement.

   NO >>

   Rear turn signal lamp: Replace corresponding rear combination lamp (body side) bulb. Refer to Bulb Replacement.

   NO >>

   Side turn signal lamp: Replace corresponding door mirror turn signal lamp. Refer to Removal and Installation.

2. CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB SOCKET AND HARNESS

   1. 1. Remove turn signal lamp bulb.

      2. Check continuity between each lamp terminals.

         Front turn signal lamp

         Front combination lamp		Continuity

         2	1	No

         Rear turn signal lamp

         Rear combination lamp (body side)		Continuity
         Terminals
         1	4	No

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   Inspection End.

   NO >>

   Repair or replace the turn signal lamp bulb socket or harness.
