Perform the self-diagnosis with CONSULT before the symptom diagnosis. Perform the trouble diagnosis if any DTC is detected.

System Settings Cannot Be Turned On/off

Description

Description

RAB system does not turn ON/OFF. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

• RAB warning lamp does not illuminate even if the steering switch is operated when RAB warning lamp is not illuminated.

• RAB warning lamp does not turn off even if the steering switch is operated when RAB warning lamp is illuminated.

The system ON/OFF condition will be memorized even if the ignition switch turns OFF.

Diagnosis Procedure

Diagnosis Procedure

1. PERFORM THE SELF-DIAGNOSIS

   1. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.

   2. Check if the DTC is detected in self-diagnosis results for “ICC/ADAS 2” with CONSULT. Refer to DTC Index.

   Is any DTC detected?

   YES >>

   GO TO 4.

   NO >>

   GO TO 2.

2. RAB WARNING LAMP

   Check if the RAB warning lamp illuminates when the turn ignition switch.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   Refer to Work Flow.

   NO >>

   GO TO 3.

3. CHECK COMBINATION METER

   Perform On Board Diagnosis of combination meter. Refer to On Board Diagnosis Function(with Type A meter) or On Board Diagnosis Function (with Type B meter).

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   Replace the ADAS control unit 2. Refer to Removal and Installation.

   NO >>

   Replace the combination meter. Refer to Removal and Installation(4.2 inch Information Display) or Removal and Installation(7 inch Information Display).

4. REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS

   Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

   >>

   GO TO 6.

5. CHECK RAB SYSTEM

   • Check that RAB warning lamp turned ON⇔OFF, when operating steering switch. (With 7 inch information switch)

   • Check that RAB warning lamp turned ON⇔OFF, when operating AEB switch. (With 3.5 inch information switch)
