Radiator core support upper

        

Removal and Installation

Removal and Installation

CAUTION:

When removing radiator core support upper, be careful not to damage the painted surface.

REMOVAL

Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Disconnect.

Remove front bumper fascia. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove crash zone sensor bracket bolts and place crash zone sensor with bracket aside. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove hood lock bolts and place hood lock aside.

Release hood lock harness retainer.

Remove the air cleaner inlet duct. Refer to Exploded View.

Release hood lock release cable clip.

Remove the air cleaner upper bolt (A).

Remove horn bolt and place horn aside. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove air guide (upper). Refer to Exploded View.

Remove air guide (LH/RH) upper clips. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove upper radiator pin locators. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove bolts and radiator core support upper.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
