  1. CHECK MOONROOF MOTOR FUNCTION

    1. Check whether tilt up/down and slide open/close functions operate with moonroof switch normally.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES >>

    Moonroof motor assembly is OK.

    NO >>

    Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

  1. CHECK FUSE

      1. Ignition switch OFF.

      2. Check that any of the following fuses are not blown (open):

        Signal name

        Fuse No.

        Capacity

        Ignition ON power supply

        52

        20 A

        Ignition ACC or ON power supply

        11

        20 A

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES >>

    GO TO 2.

    NO >>

    Repair the applicable circuit and then replace the fuse.

  2. CHECK MOONROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY POWER SUPPLY 1

      1. Disconnect moonroof motor assembly connector.

      2. Ignition switch ON.

      3. Check voltage between moonroof motor assembly harness connector and ground.

        Ground

        Battery voltage

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES >>

    GO TO 3.

    NO >>

    Repair or replace harness.

  3. CHECK MOONROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY POWER SUPPLY 2

    1. Check voltage between moonroof motor assembly harness connector and ground.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES >>

    GO TO 3.

    NO >>

    Repair or replace harness.

  4. CHECK MOONROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY GROUND CIRCUIT

      1. Ignition switch OFF.

      2. Check continuity between moonroof motor assembly harness connector and ground.

    Inspection End.
