Diagnosis Procedure

The ICC system is not canceled even when the CVT shift lever is shifted to the N position while the ICC system is active.

1. CHECK D RANGE SWITCH

   CONSULT

   Check if “D RANGE SW” operates normally in “Data Monitor” of “ICC/ADAS 2” with CONSULT.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   GO TO 6.

   NO >>

   GO TO 2.

2. PERFORM ALL SELF-DIAGNOSIS ITEMS

   CONSULT

   1. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “ICC/ADAS 2”.

   2. Check if the “U1000-01” is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “ICC/ADAS 2”.

   Is “U1000-01” detected?

   YES >>

   GO TO 3.

   NO >>

   GO TO 4.

3. CAN COMMUNICATIONS INSPECTION

   Check the CAN communication and repair or replace malfunctioning parts. Refer to DTC Index.

   >>

   Inspection End.

4. CHECK POSITION SWITCH

   Check if “SLCT LVR POSI” operates normally in “Data Monitor” of “TRANSMISSION”.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   GO TO 6.

   NO >>

   GO TO 5.

5. PERFORM TCM SELF-DIAGNOSIS

   CONSULT

   1. Select the “Self Diagnostic Result” of “TRANSMISSION”.

   2. Repair or replace malfunctioning parts. Refer to DTC Index.

   >>

   GO TO 7.

6. REPLACE ADAS CONTROL UNIT 2

   Replace the ADAS control unit 2. Refer to Removal and Installation.

   >>

   GO TO 7.

7. CHECK ICC SYSTEM

   CONSULT

   1. Erase the self-diagnosis results, and then perform “All DTC Reading” again after performing the action test. (Refer to Work Procedure for action test.)

   2. Check that the ICC system is normal.

   >>

   Inspection End.
