CHECK CONNECTOR
-
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
-
Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
-
Check the following terminals and connectors for damage, bend and loose connection (unit side and connector side).
-
8CH CAN gateway
-
Data link connector
-
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>GO TO 2.
NO >>Repair the terminal and connector.

CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
-
Disconnect the connector of 8CH CAN gateway.
-
Check the resistance between the 8CH CAN gateway harness connector terminals.

YES >>GO TO 3.
NO >>Repair the harness and repair the root cause (Diagnostic CAN communication circuit side).

Check the resistance between the data link connector terminals.
