Nissan Sentra B18 (2020-2025) Service Manual: Before Replacing ECM

  1. SAVE ECM DATA

    With CONSULT

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

    2. Reconnect all harness connectors disconnected.

    3. Turn ignition switch ON.

    4. Select “SAVING DATA FOR REPLC CPU” in “WORK SUPPORT” mode of “ENGINE” using CONSULT.

    5. Follow the instruction of CONSULT display.

    Note:

    • Necessary data in ECM is copied and saved to CONSULT.

    • Go to Step 2 regardless of with or without success in saving data.

    >>

    GO TO 2.

  2. SAVE ‘OPERATION LOG’

    With CONSULT

    Save Operation Log, according to the procedure of “Programming” in CONSULT Operation Manual.

    Note:

    ECM part number is saved in Operating Log saved in CONSULT.

    >>

    • Replace ECM.

    • After replacing ECM, perform necessary work.
