Confirmation Procedure

1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

   1. CONSULT

      1. Erase DTC.

      2. Ignition switch OFF.

      3. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” of “HANDS FREE MODULE”.

   Is DTC detected?

   YES>>

   Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

   NO>>

   To check malfunction symptom before repair. Refer to Intermittent Incident.

   NO>>

   Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.

DTC Diagnosis Procedure

1. CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE

   1. Measure the battery voltage. Refer to Work Flow.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   GO TO 2.

   NO>>

   Replace battery.

2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

   1. Check Intelligent Key unit power supply circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

   Is the circuit normal?

   YES >>

   Replace Intelligent Key unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

   NO >>

   Repair the malfunctioning part.
