Cellular Strength is GOOD or MARGINAL, and SiriusXM confirms that
account is not active. Refer to NissanConnect Owner’s

Use a cellular phone to check reception. Replace
TEL antenna if Cellular Strength is LOW, SiriusXM confirms that
account is active, and cellular phone has GOOD reception.

If the service is not available, move the Nissan Sentra vehicle
to a location where service is available and perform the operation
again.

If cellular reception is GOOD or MARGINAL and
SiriusXM confirms that account is active, there may be a cause at
the NissanConnect Data Center. Check connection after a short
period of time. If there is no problem at the NissanConnect Data
Center, replace TCU or TEL antenna.
