Is “can comm circuit” displayed? Yes >> refer to lan-16, "trouble diagnosis flow chart".
No >> refer to gi-39, "intermittent incident".

Perform Self Diagnostic Result of IPDM E/R using CONSULT.
Is display history of DTC B2099 CRNT? YES >> Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to PCS-58, "Removal and Installation".
NO >> Refer to GI-39, "Intermittent Incident".

Diagnosis procedure
Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to PCS-49, "Wiring Diagram".
1. Check fuse and fusible links
Check that the following ipdm e/r fusible links are not blown.
Is the fusible link blown? Yes >> replace the blown fusible link after repairing the affected circuit.
No >> go to 2
2. Check power supply circuit
Is the inspection result normal? Yes >> go to 3
NO >> Repair harness or connectors.
3. Check ground circuit
Is the inspection result normal? Yes >> inspection end.
No >> repair harness or connectors.

Always perform a pre-driving check to drive the vehicle.
Always check speed and safety while driving the vehicle.
To operate CONSULT while driving, more than one person is
required to be in the vehicle to avoid interference
to driving and ensure safety.
