1. CHECK FUNCTION

   1. Check that cushion heater LH warms to the preset temperature when operating the heated seat switch LH to HIGH and LOW.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   Cushion heater LH function is OK.

   NO>>

   Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

1. CHECK CUSHION HEATER LH POWER SUPPLY

   1. 1. Ignition switch ON.

      2. Check voltage between front seat cushion heater LH (with power seat) or front seat heater LH (with manual seat) and ground.

         With power seat

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   GO TO 3.

   NO >>

   GO TO 2.

2. CHECK CUSHION HEATER LH CIRCUIT

   1. 1. Turn heated seat switch OFF.

      2. Ignition switch OFF.

      3. Disconnect front seat cushion heater LH connector (with power seat), front seat heater LH connector (with manual seat), heated seat LH low relay connector and heated seat LH high relay connector.

      4. Check continuity between front seat cushion heater LH harness connector (with power seat), front seat heater LH harness connector (with manual seat), heated seat LH low relay harness connector and heated seat LH high relay harness connector.

         With power seat

      5. Check continuity between front seat cushion heater LH harness connector (with power seat) or front seat heater LH harness connector (with manual seat) and ground.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   Replace corresponding heated seat LH relay.

   NO >>

   Repair or replace harness.

3. CHECK CUSHION HEATER LH GROUND CIRCUIT

   1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.

      2. Disconnect front seat cushion heater LH connector (with power seat) or front seat heater LH connector (with manual seat).

      3. Check continuity between front seat cushion heater LH harness connector (with power seat) or front seat heater LH harness connector (with manual seat) and ground.

         With power seat

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   NO>>

   Repair or replace harness.
