  1. CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

    1. CONSULT

      1. Drive the Nissan Sentra vehicle at 25 MPH (40 km/h) or more.

      2. Stop the vehicle.

      3. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “BCM(AIR PRESSURE MONITOR)”.

    Is DTC “C1700-86” detected?

    YES>>

    Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

    NO>>

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

    NO>>

    Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.

  • Activate and display TPMS sensor IDs

  1. PERFORM ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT (CONTROL UNIT) SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT

    1. CONSULT

      Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “ABS”.

    Is any DTCs detected?

    YES >>

    Check the DTCs. Refer to DTC Index.

    NO >>

    GO TO 2.

  2. CHECK BCM INPUT/OUTPUT SIGNAL

    1. Check BCM input/output signal values. Refer to Reference Value.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES >>

    Check pin terminal and connection of each harness connector for malfunctioning conditions.

    NO >>

    Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.
