DTC DETECTION LOGIC

• FR SP RH+ open

• FR SP RH− open

• Front tweeter RH

Confirmation Procedure

Confirmation Procedure

1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

   1. CONSULT

      1. Ignition switch ON.

      2. Ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.

      3. Ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.

      4. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “MULTI AV”.

      5. Check DTC.

   Is DTC B1321–13 detected?

   YES>>

   Proceed to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

   NO>>

   To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

   NO>>

   Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.

DTC Diagnosis Procedure

1. CHECK SOUND SIGNAL CIRCUITS FOR OPEN

   1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.

      2. Disconnect AV control unit connector, front tweeter RH connector.

      3. Check the continuity between AV control unit connector and front tweeter RH connector.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   GO TO 2.

   NO >>

   Repair or replace harness or connectors.

2. CHECK FRONT TWEETER RH SIGNAL

   1. 1. Connect AV control unit connector and front tweeter RH connector.

      2. Ignition switch ON.

      3. AV control unit ON.

      4. Check signal between the terminals of AV control unit connector .

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES >>

   Replace front tweeter RH. Refer to Removal and Installation.

   NO >>

   Replace AV control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.
