Removal and installation

Removal

  1. Loosen the battery terminal nut and disconnect battery negative terminal. Refer to PG-50, "Exploded View".
  2. Disconnect the harness connector from current sensor.
  3. Remove the battery current sensor from the negative terminal.

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Reset electronic systems as necessary. Refer to pg-7, "additional service when removing battery negative terminal : special repair requirement".
