ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) actuator and electric unit (control unit)

Mainly transmits the following signal to the BCM via CAN communication:

• Wheel sensor signal

Refer to ABS Actuator and Electric Unit (Control Unit) for detailed component location.

2.

TCM (Transmission Control Module) (if so equipped)

Mainly transmits the following signal to the BCM via CAN communication (with CVT):

• Shift position signal (P range signal)

Refer to TCM for detailed component location.

3.

IPDM E/R (Intelligent Power Distribution Module Engine Room)

Mainly receives the following signal from the BCM via CAN communication:

• Horn reminder signal

Mainly transmits the following signal to the BCM via CAN communication (with M/T):

• N (neutral) position signal

BCM (Body Control Module)

Refer to BCM (Tire Pressure Monitor).

5.

Combination meter

Mainly receives the following signals from the BCM via CAN communication:

• Low tire pressure warning lamp signal

• Low tire pressure wheel location signal

• TPMS malfunction warning lamp signal

Refer to Combination Meter (type A) or Combination Meter (type B) for detailed component location.

6.

Tire pressure sensor

Refer to Tire Pressure Monitor.

Ignition switch OFF

Not indicated

Ignition switch ON

Low tire pressure warning lamp remains ON after blinking for one minute. TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) malfunction.
