REMOVAL
Using a
suitable tool, release clips and pawls and remove rear power window
switch finisher (1). 
Note:

Disconnect the harness connector from the rear power window switch.
Using a
suitable tool, release the pawls and remove the rear power window
switch (1) from the rear power window switch finisher (2). 
Note:

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
