*: Perform self-diagnosis under direct sunlight. When performing indoors, aim a light (more than 60 W) at sunload sensor, otherwise selfdiagnosis reports an error even though the sunload sensor is functioning normally.

Turn the ignition switch off
Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
Check the terminals and connectors of the steering angle sensor for
damage, bend and loose connection

Make sure that gear oil is not leaking from transaxle or around it.
OIL LEVEL
Remove filler plug (1) and gasket from transaxle case.
Check the oil level from filler plug mounting hole as shown.
