Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Perform when engine is cold.
CAUTION:
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse O-rings.
NOTE:
Tighten the oil cooler bolts in order as shown to specification.
Inspection
INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL
Oil Cooler
Check oil cooler for cracks. Check oil cooler for clogging by blowing through engine coolant inlet. If necessary, replace oil cooler assembly.
INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION
The door open warning continues displaying, or does not display

The door ajar warning is displayed even though all of the doors are
closed.
The door ajar warning is not displayed even though a door is ajar.
