FUEL SYSTEM
Inspection
Inspect fuel lines, fuel filler cap, and fuel tank for improper attachment, leakage, cracks, damage, loose connections, chafing or deterioration.

If necessary, repair or replace damaged parts.
Quick Connector
CAUTION:
- After connecting fuel tube quick connectors, check quick connectors are secure.
- Ensure that connector and resin tube do not contact any adjacent parts.

Component Function Check
1.CHECK FUEL PUMP FUNCTION
Turn ignition switch ON.
Pinch fuel feed hose with
two fingers.
Fuel pressure pulsation should be felt on the fuel feed
hose for 1 second after ignition switch is turned ON.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> INSPECT ...
