Component Function Check

1. CHECK FUNCTION

   1. Check that the seat heater RH (back) warms to the preset temperature when operating the heated seat switch RH to HIGH and LOW.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   Seat heater RH (back) function is OK.

   NO>>

   Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

1. CHECK CUSHION HEATER RH

   1. Check cushion heater RH.

      Refer to Component Function Check.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   GO TO 2.

   NO>>

   Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

2. CHECK SEAT HEATER RH (BACK) POWER SUPPLY

   1. 1. Disconnect seat heater RH (back) connector.

      2. Ignition switch ON.

      3. Check voltage between seat heater RH (back) harness connector and ground.

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   GO TO 3.

   NO>>

   Replace front seat heater RH. Refer to Exploded View.

3. CHECK SEAT HEATER RH (BACK) GROUND CIRCUIT

   1. 1. Turn heated seat switch OFF.

      2. Ignition switch OFF.

      3. Check continuity between seat heater RH (back) harness connector and ground.

         Seat heater RH (back)		(–)	Continuity
         Connector	Terminal
         B334	2	Ground	Yes

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES>>

   Replace seat heater RH (back). Refer to Exploded View.

   NO>>

   Repair or replace harness.
